1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kinph ("kinph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kinph.cam. By accessing kinph, creating an account, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kinph platform. kinph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use kinph, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming;
• You are accessing kinph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of kinph or any of its affiliated companies;
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on any PAGCOR-recognized self-exclusion registry;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;
• You have not previously had a kinph account terminated for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access kinph's gaming services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. kinph reserves the right to reject any registration application at its absolute discretion.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may maintain only one (1) active kinph account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kinph will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kinph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kinph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify kinph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kinph is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations in the Philippines. As part of this obligation, kinph may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kinph may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kinph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱): GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank online transfers. kinph does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers. Supported methods are subject to change; please check the Cashier section of your account for the most current options.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits made to your kinph account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your kinph account. kinph reserves the right to impose a processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, during which additional verification may be requested. kinph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. kinph may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the Fee Schedule available in your account settings. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by kinph are subject to specific wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of associated funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

kinph prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting technical errors to obtain credits. kinph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if abuse is detected and to permanently suspend the offending account.

5.3 Promotion Availability

Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by kinph at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available only to eligible players as specified in each offer's terms. kinph may, at its discretion, exclude specific players from promotional eligibility based on account history or risk assessment.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games offered on kinph — including slots, live bingo, fishing games such as Dragon Fishing, strategy games such as Mines Grand, and sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and sabong — are governed by rules specific to each game type. These game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface and supplement these Terms.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, kinph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, kinph does not guarantee that any particular game session can be resumed or that any partial wager will be honored where a technical failure has occurred. Decisions made by kinph in relation to disputed game outcomes are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kinph and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker or bingo;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, free plays, or inflated returns;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the kinph platform;
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Accessing kinph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive language directed at kinph staff or other players.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

kinph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using kinph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kinph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention agencies where required by law or legitimate business necessity.

9 Responsible Gaming

kinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following tools are available to all registered kinph players at no cost, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your kinph account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours, up to a maximum of 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a minimum 6-month or permanent self-exclusion from the kinph platform. Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kinph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kinph platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account through no fault of kinph.

kinph's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kinph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access kinph at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their devices and network connections are secure.

11 Termination and Suspension

kinph may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where kinph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where account termination is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon termination for cause, kinph reserves the right to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held in the account.

You may close your kinph account at any time by contacting kinph customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory complaint mechanism available under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kinph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, kinph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of kinph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of kinph and close your account.
